Production time

Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days (it can be longer during holidays).

Shipping

  • United States: [RATE], free on orders over [$75]. Typically 3–5 business days after production.
  • International (Canada, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan): [RATE]. Typically 5–20 business days after production. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Orders may ship in more than one package if items are printed at different facilities.
  • You’ll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email loyalpatriotdesigns1775@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is printed just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering. [Optional: offer a one-time size exchange at the customer’s shipping cost.]

Wrong or undeliverable address

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for [10] business days, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier and our print partner to resolve it.

Order changes and cancellations

Email us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production, it can’t be changed or canceled.
